Electrically and mechanically excellent Cat.8.2 data cable with an extended frequency range up to 2000MHz. Exceeds the requirements of ISO/IEC 11801, IEC 61156-9, IEC 61156-5, EN 50173-1, and EN 50288-12-1.
Developed particularly for 40GBase-T transmission with maximum channel length of 30 metres in End of Row or Top of Rack (EoR / ToR) applications in data centres. Suitable for all ICT network applications up to 2000MHz Cables are now available with CPR fire performance Euroclass classification up to B2ca.
Suitable for the transmission of digital and analogue voice, video and data signals.
Suitable for all ICT network applications up to 2000MHz.
Applicable for Power over Ethernet (PoE / PoE+).
For the transmission of digital and analogue voice, video and data signals.
The KS-T8 Class I RJ45 module is specified up to 2000MHz in compliance with the component standard IEC 60603-7-1.
In conjunction with Category 8 data cables, it enables acceptance measurements for Class I permanent links with good reserves. The module is designed for high bit rate applications in data centres, making it suitable for the transmission of 25 Gigabit Ethernet in accordance with IEEE 802.3bq and 40 Gigabit Ethernet.
Suitable for Power over Ethenet Plus (PoE+) corresponding to IEEE 802.3at.
Solid zinc die-casting housing with mounting clip for installation in Keystone panels and outlets.
Contact spring with phosphor bronze alloy, plated with gold.
A wire manager in combination with the integrated movable housing wing enables tool-less IDC connections. Only for cutting the wires a plane wire cutter is necessary.
The 360° metal shield ensures a durable fully shielded environment.
Fully integrated strain relief.
The module is re-usable.
Potential balancing possibility directly at the module when needed.
Comes with removable grey dust shutter.
Backward compatible to RJ45 and suitable for CAT8.2
The PS-GG45 7A module is a shielded module, compatible with RJ45 and specified up to 1000MHz.
It was developed especially for applications beyond 10-gigabit Ethernet with highest bandwidths.
When used together with Category 7A data cables and patch cords, it enables to fulfil all Class FA requirements for the 4-connector Channel in accordance with ISO/IEC 11801 Amendment 1:2008.
The “2-in-1“connector has 12 contacts that work in two different transmission modes: Standard = RJ45 and High-speed = GG45.
Suitable for Power over Ethenet Plus (PoE+) corresponding to IEEE 802.3at. Robust zinc die-casting housing with Keystone clip for easy installation in patch panels and faceplates with Keystone openings.
Quick and reliable wire-connections with the termination tool for GG45.
In conjunction with Category 8 data cables, it enables acceptance measurements for Class II permanent links (30 metres channel). The module is designed for high bit rate applications in data centres, making it suitable for the transmission of 25 Gigabit Ethernet in accordance with IEEE 802.3bq and 40 Gigabit Ethernet.
This accepts 1-pair, 2-pair and 4-pair Tera plugs. Specified up to 1000MHz. When used together with Cat8.2 data cables, they fulfil all Class FA requirements for applications such as 10-gigabit Ethernet.
ISO/IEC 11801 Ed 2.0 interface for category 7/class F. When installed as part of a TERA solution, each pair delivers up to 1.2 GHz of bandwidth exceeding the bandwidth of category 7A/class FA specifications. This extra bandwidth is critical in demanding applications such as broadband video, with an upper frequency requirement of 862 MHz. Broadband video, high speed data and voice applications can be supported simultaneously using a single 4- pair fully shielded (S/FTP) cable. TERA outlets can be used in both the work area and in the telecommunications room.
Patch leads are available up to Category 7A; we offer GG-45 and PS-TERA leads & also RJ45 adapter leads (most equipment still uses an RJ45 interface). We also offer Cat6A patch leads as an option for future network migration. Datwyler Cat8.2 flexible cable can be purchased separately.
Datwyler’s shielded 19”/1U patch panels will accommodate up to 24 keystone modules – which are purchased separately. They come in a standard flat design (ideal for cabinets with limited front clearance) or in a space-saving angled version – which reduces the need for cable management panels.
Note: 48 port 1u and angled panels are also available however they are not suitable for CAT8.1 / 8.2 modules.
Our modular connectors are designed to fit into a variety of outlets; for wall mounting, trunking, floor boxes and enclosures. Whatever the application, we can provide a faceplate, fascia or shutter to suit.
Note: CAT8.1 / 8.2 installations are generally cabinet to cabinet links therefore are not generally connected to outlets and/or faceplates etc.
